Now here are a few safety tips to follow now that I am open:

 

1. I will have a COVD form for you to fill out before your appointment.

2. If you have a sore throat, fever, headache, loss of taste etc. please reschedule your appointment.

3. Please wear a mask to your appointment

4. Please stay in your car and call me when you have arrived and I will let you know when it is safe to come up to your appointment.

5. Please bring your own throw blanket if you think you may be cold during your appointment.

6. Please wash your hands for 20 seconds before your appointment at my sink.

7. I will be doing contactless payments. So if you could set up a venmo or paypal account before your appointment it will make the process go much smoother.

8. I want to avoid credit/debit card contact. I ask that if you pay with a check or cash that you write it out ahead and put it in an envelope.
